Marlene has twenty one years experience in Residential Treatment and feels that Discovery Ranch is truly unique. She loves coming to work at such a beautiful campus and working with people who sincerely care about the students. Marlene enjoys the outdoors, animals (especially her dogs) and staying active. Her life’s experiences have taught her to value relationships. Working here at Discovery Ranch has helped her realize that she is still a work in progress and to understand that to reach out and help someone and to personally continue to learn and grow as an individual is of highest importance.
