Lynn has over thirty five years experience working with youth, families and horses. Discovery Ranch is a great fit. Working with youth and seeing them progress in such an exceptional setting and being part of a special team is a privilege and pleasure. In addition to clinical experience, a broad array of administrative positions and work in the communities has shaped his professional carrier. Lynn loves sharing life with his wife, being a father of eight and keeping up with eight grandchildren. Lynn has his Bachelors and Masters in Social Work and has a LCSW.
