Ken started working at Discovery Ranch in October 2007. He has worked at a variety of treatment programs throughout his career. Most of his experiences has been with adolescents and their families. He graduated with an MSW from the University of Utah and has a license as a Clinical Social Worker. He grew up in Western Colorado and most of his relatives were either ranchers or farmers. For most of his career he has dreamed about working with youth in an experiential ranch style setting. Last October this dream became a reality. He has three grown children and eight grandchildren.
