Discovery Ranch did more than save my life. It improved it, it gave me my family back and extended it to everyone involved (staff and peer wise) in DR. Never have i been in a room that i have felt so loved and so special. They found everyone's strengths which made addressing our weakness's more bearable. I left the program shortly before my 18th birthday, i wish i had stayed because nothing, no friendship, no professional follow up help, no daily outtings have been so fun and so memorable as those i experienced at DR. I learned so much about myself and about others that it has become easier to understand and cope with difficult people and situations. Its easier to stand up for myself and others because i can sympathize with their struggles and appreciate their strength and courage to keep trying.

I am 18, i am in college studying to become an RN (with a minor in Psychology). I have a wonderful relationship with my mother and i thank her everyday. I would gladly come back to DR anytime...just let me know when the next bed opens up! I will never forget DR and all those who sacrificed in my family to get me the help i need and those at DR that taught me how to help myself.

Thanks guys!

DR saved my life. I will never forget my friends, the staff & my therapist at DR. When I was there I didn't realize how this place would change my life forever, but it did and I am grateful.

Discovery Ranch is the best thing that happed to our family, during a period of extended crisis. I would encourage parent to include Discovery Ranch in their search for RTC programs.
